Big O Tires

We had a death in the family and were headed to address matters when I realized I had a flat. I went into Big O, asking if they could work me in fast related to me needing to be on the road to be able to connect with family on addressing concerns on this death. Everything was great! I really appreciate how fast they were able to work me in and do the work I needed(!!) and get me on the road. Appreciate you all!! And the timely work you did for me that morning!

12/14/23 Made an appointment to see what's the cause of my rear right tire causing floor vibration. I assumed I needed to rotate my tires and get them balanced. The issue was me needing to replace the back tires. Took about 30-40minutes. I was in and out. 11/09/2023 Called early in the morning around 8:15am to get a price quote. The pricing was much cheaper than what the dealership charged. Arrived soon after the phone call. Two front tires and an alignment. I didn't have to wait long. Good customer service I recommend this location.

The service that was completed on my vehicle was fine, but the fact that the associates had no idea what I requested in the appointment I submitted online was ridiculous. They told me they don't see any of that info in the appointments they get, so it is expected that the customer tells them what services they want in person. Don't waste your time specifying details if you submit an appointment request online. Apparently basic internet technology is not important here.

Joe was very professional and extremely helpful. I received a set of brand new tires & a oil change. My car has a much better ride. I would recommend Big O Tires for your service needs.

I was there 2 days ago. I left a brakes place @ 4:30pm & called them to see if they could do 2 new tires on a moments notice lol Ended up being my tires, not brakes causing my vibration. I showed up @ 4:30pm, they had some in my price range. They signed me in & took my keys & I was in/out in less then 30 mins! I was shocked! Been going to this store since it opened. These are the 3rd owners, I've waited for HOURS with the previous owners! I was pleasantly surprised!
